Barack Obama and John McCain have had their fair share of arguments back and forth this election year. Most arguments have been over the economy, the war on global Islamic terrorism, and a host of other issues. Some issues like gay marriage and abortion have come up during the debates, but where is the argument about the Second Amendment? We know how John McCain stands on the issues because he hasn’t changed in 26 years of serving the people of America. Barack Obama on the other hand, has not been around very long and very little is known about him and what is know is scary to many people. People vote on a variety of issues and of course right now the economy is number one on the minds of Americans, but we must take a look at Barack Obama’s plan of “change” and just what that might mean for America concerning the issues. In this particular case, we should look at his plan for the Second Amendment. First we need to look at his past experience on the issue:

Summer,1994 - Obama becomes a member of the board of directors of the Joyce Foundation, a radical anti-gun organization.

September 9, 1996 - Obama announces that he supports waiting periods when asked in a questionnaire from the Independent Voters of Illinois. He also supported a complete handgun ban in a questionnaire from the same origin.

December 13, 1999 - Obama proposed a ban on un stores within five miles of any school or park and announced that he supports a 500% increase in an excise tax on firearms and ammo as well as a ban on inexpensive handguns. Obama announced his opposition to the resale of firearms issued to police personnel and announced his support of a mandatory training requirement to purchase a firearm.

May 5, 2002 - Obama voted in the Illinois Senate not to notify gun owners when the state of Illinois conducts record searches on them.

March 13, 2003 - Obama voted in the Illinois Senate Judiciary Committee for an assault weapons ban that would have also banned numerous semi-auto, single, and double barrel shotguns used by hunters.

March 25, 2003 - Obama voted not to lower the age for an Illinois FOID card that allows servicemen and women to own firearms.

May 16, 2003 - In the Illinois Senate, Obama voted for one gun a month purchase restrictions.

February 10, 2004 - Obama voted in the Illinois Senate Judiciary Committee against a bill that would protect people from prosecution for handgun possession when they use the handgun in self-defense.

May 20, 2004 - Obama voted in the Illinois Senate Judiciary Committee to allow prosecution of people who use handguns in self defense.

May 25, 2004 - Obama voted four times in the Illinois Senate to allow prosecution of people who use handguns in self defense.

September 15, 2004 - Obama opposes Right-to-Carry legislation.

July 29, 2005 - Obama voted for the Kennedy Amendment to ban almost all rifle ammunition used by hunters.

September 29, 2005 - Obama voted against the confirmation of Chief Justice John Roberts.

January 31, 2006 - Obama voted Against the confirmation of Justice Samuel Alito to the Supreme Court.

April 22, 2007 - Obama stated support for a ban on standard capacity magazines.

December 11, 2007 - Obama’s campaign website stated his support for gun owner licensing and firearm registration.

February 15, 2008 - Obama supported mandatory micro-stamping. Obama also stated that he believed the gun bans in Washington D.C. and Chicago are constitutional.

April 2, 2008 - Obama announced that he opposes state Right-to-carry laws.

Barack Obama is absolutely the most liberal person to ever run for political office in American history. If elected the Second Amendment would be in big trouble, provided that more liberal Democrats are elected to House and Senate positions as well.

Barack Obama’s running mate is no saint when it comes to the Second Amendment either. Joe Biden has a record of anti-Second Amendment legislation. As a matter of fact he has had 35 years of anti-gun legislation practice.

Joe Biden:

1) Voted to ban almost all rifle ammunition.
2) Wrote and introduced one of the first bills to ban semi-automatic firearms.
3) Voted to ban hundreds of models of common rifles and shotguns.
4) Voted to impose a five day waiting period on all handgun sales.
5) Voted in favor of reckless lawsuits designed to bankrupts firearms manufacturers.
6) Voted against confirming pro-Second Amendment justices to the Supreme Court.

Barack Obama has ran a very catchy and intelligent campaign of “change”, but it’s those changes that he wishes to make that could be catastrophic to American culture and ideals. He threatens to bring about socialism disguised as “helping the poor” and has very disturbing ties to controversial characters such as George Soros, Bill Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and others. However, the scariest part of his presidency would be the “change” made to the constitution. Our founding fathers would role over in the graves if they knew what was about to transpire in a Barack Obama presidency. Indeed, if he is elected, America will"change”, but not for the better. It will almost certainly be for the worst.

Blacks Monolithically Voting for One Party

In almost every presidential election, it has been reported that greater than 90% of Blacks have voted Democrat. There are only two conclusions: 1) either the Republican Party is totally racist, or 2) the Democrat Party has erroneously tied Blacks to Democrats.

The Republican Party was started in 1854, and actually fought for Black freedom and equality. Early civil rights leaders, including Frederick Douglass, Harriet Tubman, and Sojourner Truth, were all Republicans.

Heavy Lifting for Civil Rights

Most of the heavy lifting of Civil Rights history was done by the Republican Party. Lincoln(R) gave us the Emancipation (freeing Blacks from slavery), and the Republican Party was responsible for the passage of the 13th (granted Blacks freedom), 14th (citizenship), and 15th (right to vote) Amendments, the Klu Klux Klan Act of 1871(major restrictions on the terrorist arm of the Democrat Party), the Reconstruction Acts, and the 1866, 1875, 1957, and 1960 Civil Rights Acts. One can easily check these historical facts.

The chief opponents of the landmark 1964 Civil Rights Act were Democrat Senators Sam Ervin, Al Gore Sr., and Robert Byrd. Former presidential candidate Richard Nixon(R) lobbied hard for the passage of this bill. In the final vote, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was passed 289 to 124. In the total, 80% of the Republicans but only 63% of the Democrats voted yes. 

The 1965 Voting Rights Act was passed, and authorized the federal government to abolish literacy tests. In it, 17 Democrats and one Republican voted no. The Republicans actually helped create the NAACP to counter racist practices of the Democrats.

Past Racial History

So many forget that Democrat Public Safety Commissioner “Bull” Connor (Birmingham) let loose vicious dogs and turned fire hoses on black civil rights demonstrators. Democrat Governor Lester Maddox (Georgia) notoriously flaunted axe handles to prevent Blacks from patronizing his restaurant. Democrat Governor George Wallace (1963) stood in front of an Alabama schoolhouse screaming “Segregation forever!”

One wonders how any Black would become a Democrat after this history with Republicans. Angela McGlowan (author/Bamboozled) said it started with LBJ and the Kennedy Administration (Democrats). Evidently MLK Sr. (Republican) called on Kennedy to free MLK Jr. from Selma (Al) because of the fear of death. “When Kennedy helped save MLK Jr. that’s when we started becoming Democrats.”

The True Civil Rights Hero

Even though JFK was praised as a civil rights activist, as a senator he actually voted against the 1957 Civil Rights Act. As president, he opposed the 1963 March on Washington by MLK Jr.  JFK also had his brother Attorney General Robert Kennedy wiretap MLK Jr., and investigated by the FBI on suspicion of being a communist.

Most don’t realize it was Republican Senator Everett Dirksen (Il), not LBJ, who was the key to the passage of civil rights legislation in 1957, 1960, 1964, 1965, and 1968. Dirksen actually wrote the language for the 1965 Voting Rights Act, and for the Civil Rights Act of 1968 which prohibited discrimination in housing. MLK Jr. hailed Senator Dirksen, due to his long record of championing civil rights legislation, for his “able and courageous leadership”.

Racist Dixiecrats and Jim Crow

Contrary to false assertions by Democrats, the racist “Dixiecrats” did not all migrate to the Republican Party. They formed the States’ Rights Democrat Party in 1948 for all subsequent elections. They declared they would rather vote for a “yellow dog” than a Republican because Republicans were known as the party for Blacks. Former Democrat Senator Ernest Hollings and Senator Robert Byrd were “Dixiecrats”.

Racist Jim Crow laws discriminated against Blacks mostly in the racially segregated South, a haven for white Southern Democrats after the Civil War. They exploited racial fear of Reconstruction Republican governments, took over state governments in the South in the 1870’s, and dominated them for almost 100 years. After that, however, the South became mostly Republican, and began to understand actual discrimination.

Northern Blacks were attracted to the Democrat Party in the 1930’s and 1940’s because of FDR’s various welfare and socialist programs thought to aid impoverished citizens. It’s quite likely that FDR would have been highly attracted to programs such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as other failed governmental bailouts.

With President Nixon’s “Southern Strategy” in 1970, Republicans would not vote for Democrats who were discriminating against Blacks. Georgia did not switch until 2004, and Louisiana was Democrat-controlled until Jindal(R) was elected in 2007.

The Quiet Storm

The real quiet storm, per Alveda King (MLKJr.’s niece), revolves around black abortion, where 17 million black babies have been killed to date. In [Blackgenocide.org], Pastor Clenard Childress reveals ~1452 black babies/day are aborted in the US.

In his book [No Shepherds Cry], Childress says the Black church can no longer be silent about this issue. Blacks make up 13% of the population, but have over 36% of all abortions in the US.  Per McGlowan: “Black churches are where people in the black community get a lot of their information. [They] tell black ministers how to tell their parishioners how to vote.”

Planned Parenthood’s Real Intentions

In the early 20th century, Margaret Sanger founded Planned Parenthood, the nation’s biggest abortionist. Sanger encouraged abortion and sterilization to limit black families, and was a devout racist, pro-eugenics, and the author of The Negro Project. Day Gardner (National Black Pro-Life Union) reiterates Obama betrayed the Black community by bonding with Planned Parenthood. Gardner knows, as well as Obama, that 63% of Planned Parenthood’s 860 existing clinics are in Black communities.

Pastor Steven Broden (Black Alumni Association/ Dallas Theological Seminary) states, “Behind Planned Parenthood’s support of Obama is their desire to continue their scheme of dysgenics in our community and the destruction of black babies.” And unbelievably, Blacks will probably still vote overwhelmingly for Obama.

How can one vote for a party that’s killed ¼ of the Black population since 1973, or for a party that supports an avowed racist whose ideals continue to cull the Black population today?

The 10% of Blacks who don’t go along with ‘everybody else’ deserves kudos for their fortitude and courage, as well as their firm belief in the 10th Beatitude. Those aborted souls will thank them in heaven. Fortunately, in heaven, there is no Planned Parenthood.

This nation is suffering financially, but is also suffering from immorality. Things such as marriage, abortion, gun rights, and the Supreme Court justice system hangs in the balance this time. Whoever wins this election will almost certainly change the face of America forever. Islamic terrorism still haunts this nation. Corruption haunts both political parties and Americans have been plagued with far left ideologies that seek to kill Christianity in America and replace it with secular socialist style policies. Please pray that God will open the eyes of American voters and give us clarity to see beyond the here and now to realize what might be in our future as a nation. From now until Election Day, please stop what you are doing and pray three times a day for God to open the closed eyes of the American electorate and help America choose the leader that will conserve our traditions, faith, family, and security. Pray for America like you have never prayed before!

The upcoming election is the most critical election in the history of our nation. The very future of our nation’s foundation is at stake. Every person will be affected. If the liberals win, then our foundation will no longer be based on the traditional Judeo-Christian morality. It will gradually but assuredly be based on an ever shifting, ever moving foundation. If the liberals win, the damage can’t be stopped with elections two, four or forty years from now. America will forever be changed. We will keep seeing a gradual and growing hostility toward people of faith, especially Christians. The morals of our nation will continue to decline. In case you may think I’m a “the sky is falling” type of person, you should know: When it comes to predictions, I am a very reserved person. But not on this one. I cannot overstate the damage a liberal victory will do to our country. The upcoming election is the most important in the history of our nation. Yes, if the liberals win you will lose some of your religious freedoms and free speech rights. Churches and pastors will not be exempt. You will not be allowed to say certain things about a particular group. Every item of the homosexual agenda will be approved. All the laws protecting the unborn will be wiped away.

I cannot overemphasize the importance of the Nov. 4 election. That is why I urge you to vote and encourage your family members, friends, Sunday School class and church members to vote. America’s future – the future of your children and grandchildren – is at stake.

The plethora of bank failure crises is dwarfed by the oncoming “under-population” warning. But nobody sees “under-population” coming. Already 59 nations (44% world population) are experiencing below-replacement birthrates. Just 2.1 births per couple equal exact replacement. Tendencies dictate the world will shortly be under that rate.

Europe’s fertility rate now is 1.3 births. CIA Director Michael V. Hayden says Russia is now facing “demographic stress”. Russia has to look elsewhere for workers. They will lose ¼ of its population in the next 40 years, and one third by 2050. They have used abortion for decades as a method of birth control.

Bill Gertz (Washington Times) admits women average 1.2 abortions per live birth in Russia. In vain, 13% of their live births die by age five. Russia’s birthrate is now 1.17, down from 2.4 in 1990. In a wild effort to stave off a “demographic winter”, Russia is offering a baby bonus of 250,000 rubles (~$9200 for every baby a couple has after the first). Eurostat (European Statistical Office) predicts by 2015, deaths will outnumber the births in the European Union, and the population will begin to decline by 2060.

It is known worldwide that birthrates have declined 50% in the past half-century. Last year, Canadian birthrates hit an all time low of 1.5 children per woman. With their birthrates it is possible that Italy, Spain, Russia, and even France could cease to exist as we know them this century. Fertility rates are in a downward freefall around the globe. Phillip Longman elucidates this succinctly in his recent book: The Empty Cradle: How Falling Birthrates Threaten World Prosperity.

World population growth is rapidly decelerating. Items directly responsible include abortion, decreased fertility rates, sterilization, contraception, abortifacient devices, the banning of DDT resulting in millions of deaths from malaria, AIDS, China’s one child policy, and elimination of the “right” to bear children. Since the early 1970’s, the world’s fertility rate—the number of children the average woman will bear in her lifetime—has gone from 6 to 2.9, and is still falling.

Some well-known people involved with population control included Thomas Malthus, Margaret Sanger, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Ehrlich (Population Bomb), and Hugh Moore. Organizations include Planned Parenthood, UNFPA, IPPF, USAID, National Audubon Society, Sierra Club, Sea Shepherd Society, and hundreds of local associations.

The history of the population control movement is the world’s biggest violator of human rights. “Human rights are “non-negotiable” [i.e., the right to bear children], or they are not rights at all” (Steven Mosher/Demographic Winter). He says the existing movement has forced Americans to feel an enormous amount of guilt.

The UN Population Division projects that the world fertility rate will drop to 2.05 children per woman by 2050. This simply means human beings will cease to have enough children to reproduce themselves. According to the UNPD’s medium population projection, overall world population will increase from 6.5 billion to 9.1 billion by 2050. After that world population will begin to decline. One of their projections shows a decline as early as 2040.

Once decline is achieved, it will begin to accelerate. After that, population free-fall is a distinct possibility. Don Feder (president/ Jews Against anti-Christian Defamation) sums up the crisis as “…a coming catastrophe that’s now well below the screen of our national consciousness, but one which will affect our future far more than the hypothetical crises on which the media is fixated.”

Doing the math of a 6.5 billion world population, giving every person 900 ft2 (small apartment size) could fit the world’s population into the state of Texas. Some Christians, however, ignore the Bible because it might not suit them. Psalms 127:3-5 reiterates how children are a blessing. Children are celebrated in Scripture multiple times. Maybe people have forgotten God saying in Genesis 1:28 “Be fertile and multiply”.

Did God mean we should stop multiplying when we think we have enough people? That we should start to kill to make sure we stay below a limit? That He didn’t know the future, so He didn’t understand that “overpopulation” would be bad for the human race?

One’s estimation of God should be higher than that. We hope most come to the conclusion to which statistics are dictating--preferably, much sooner than later.

Levi Jeans Funds Push for Homosexual “Marriage” in California
Massive corporate support for homosexualist movement

SAN FRANCISCO, September 29, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Levi Strauss & Co. is
joining with Google, Pacific Gas & Electric and Hollywood activists Brad Pitt
and Steven Spielberg in the effort to push homosexual “marriage” in California.
The “No On Prop 8 Equality Business Council” was formed to oppose efforts to
define marriage as being between one man and one woman in the California
constitution.

Corporate and media giants are lining up against California Proposition 8, set
to appear on the November election ballot, which would add a section to the
California constitution stating “only marriage between a man and a woman is
valid or recognized in California.”

In July, Pacific Gas & Electric donated $250,000 to the campaign. Meanwhile Levi
Strauss, one of the world’s largest jeans manufacturers, pledged $25,000 to
Equality for All, the coalition leading the No on 8 campaign. Robert Haas, the
company’s chairman emeritus and his wife have given a further $100,000,
according to a company spokesman.

The fight against retaining natural marriage in California has also been joined
by the California Council of Service Employees and the California Teachers’
Association, each of which have given $250,000. The telecommunications company
AT&T has given $25,000. Brad Pitt and Steven Spielberg have each given $100,000.

San Francisco-based Levi Strauss has long been a leader in corporate support in
the US for the homosexualist political movement. 

Google, the internet search engine and e-mail service, said in a September 26
blog entry it would be supporting the push for homosexual “marriage,” despite
the fact that “we do not generally take a position on issues outside of our
field, especially not social issues.”
