But the angel said to her, “Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; his kingdom will never end.”

The Crminals of CHRISTmas...
What Lengths The Far Left Will Go to These Days
by
Rob Hood
Every year about this time we are usually hearing about the War on Christmas from various organizations and radio/TV hosts, and every year I usually put in my two cents worth about the far left’s fantasy of “holidays” rather than the recognition of the actually time of year. This year I had decided to record all the headline that I possibly could regarding anything anti-Christmas, but finally scrapped the project since I am working on a new book and have little time to devote to this right now.
However, there is one story in particular that I could not ignore. It seems that the far left have no principles, no respect, and absolutely no boundaries in which they will limit themselves to stamp out anything religious that might upset their final plan of a one world socialist empire that rules supreme without God, guns, liberty, or even common logical sense. At what lengths are these vandals willing to go to get their way?
The following story is just another reminder of how evil and how deviant the far left’s radical ideologies are in destroying organized religion. Follow the length and then ask yourself how much more of this garbage I am willing to take! Here’s the link to the story about petty criminals and cowardly thug wannabes who desire attention this CHRISTmas! :

Unjust War’ Boat is Sinking Fast ...
Unjust War’ Boat is Sinking Fast
Many now say that the Iraq War is not just. Amazing how that changed from just days after 9/11 when 3000 American deaths were recorded on our own soil. And that was from only 3 locations. It does not include the rest of intended East Coast locations to be hit, or the intended targets on the West Coast as well.
Relatively few faiths have rules for a ‘just war’, but the Catholic Faith has previously derived a “Just War” doctrine. That doctrine includes:
1) the damage inflicted by the aggressor must be lasting, grave, and certain
2) all other means of putting an end to it must have been shown to be impractical or ineffective
3) there must be serious prospects of success
4) the use of arms must not produce evils and disorders graver than the evil to be eliminated
Most everyone, including Bush, looked at these conditions, and decided that Hussein must step down. Most agree that the above conditions have been met. But the question remains: What does Hussein have to do with 9/11?
First, from documentation found in one of Hussein’s palaces [fmso.leavenworth.army.mil/products.docex.htm], it was determined that Hussein aided and abetted radical terrorist groups routinely. It was Bush who said immediately after the 9/11 terrorist attack, “You’re either for terrorism, or against it.” It was known that Hussein had WMDs from initial conflicts. He would not say they even existed, and lied profusely about their existence on a 14,000 page document he later provided.
In the Freedom of Information Act it was admitted that more than 300,000 troops likely breathed small doses of sarin gas (WMD) during the initial incursion into Iraq. Hussein would not admit that his people had been to Niger hunting for ‘yellowcake’—the primary building block for nuclear weapons (WMD). Brit intelligence stands by this fact today.
Putin(Russia) had told the US previously that Hussein had planned to use WMDs against the US. Even Iraqi General Georges Saddas had written a book(Saddam’s Secrets) about how Hussein had shipped WMDs to Syria before the incursion. Intelligence found out Hussein’s own generals believed he would use their WMDs if the allies invaded. The list doesn’t stop there.
So many remember even the pope disliked the war that ensued. Most did. But John Paul’s comments were only infallible for religion and morality, and he would not go so far as to say the war was immoral. It’s likely he already knew about the atrocities being committed by Hussein. And pacifists need to take heed of God’s aid to people in military conflict, which occurred over 10 times in the Old Testament. And Jesus even took a whip to drive out moneychangers in the Temple (NAB; John 2:15).
From the reams of information linking Hussein to the terrorists that struck on 9/11, as well as
the reams for Hussein’s WMD plans, the war was a just one.
That conclusion is a must when people realize that America did not take the vast Iraqi oil reserves, did not impose it’s form of government, it has helped rebuild Iraq’s infrastructure and electric grid, there has been no intended attacks on non-combatants, there is no intention to acquire additional land, there was hundreds of successful attempts in Iraq preventing civilian deaths from terrorist IEDs, Hussein was stopped from attempts at shooting down allied jets in the no-fly zone, from routinely cutting out tongues, putting Iraqis in ‘shredders’, and just killing his own people at whim. The definition of “occupation” never fit.
And just recently, Bush has advised ‘Democrat’ presidential candidates (Clinton & Obama) that it might be wise to curtail the rhetoric about removing the troops from Iraq immediately. In fact, almost all Democrat candidates have recounted their pledge to do just that. Clinton even says (if she’s elected) the troops will be home starting in 2009. It would have been good to be a fly on the wall during those discussions. It sounds like Democrat candidates realize that promises to bring the troops home immediately is not feasible—because maybe they needed to be there.
What did Bush say to those candidates to make them change their mind about troop return? Why would so many sour from killed American troops that stopped terrorists over there, instead of here? It seems many just don’t have the stomach for true freedom, which has never been free.
Albert Einstein said, “The world is a dangerous place to live, not because of the people who are evil, but because of the people who don’t do anything about it.” Jesus abhorred violence, but was definitely not a pacifist. The Old Testament proves that in spades. But it can be said that in all their good intentions, pacifists have indeed made this a more dangerous world.

Messengers of deception...
Are some religious leaders missionaries for evolution?
It may seem a bit strong to call some Christian leaders “missionaries for evolution,” but, in fact, leaders in many denominations will make an all-out effort to promote evolution. While some Bible-upholding leaders oppose what they’re doing, their voices are often drowned out.
Evolutionists can capitalize on this confusion in the church. Sometimes church leaders are some of their strongest allies!
Here’s what the Paleontological Society said in an evolution tract written for the general public:
“Many people of faith, including scientists, find no conflict between evolution and their religion; in fact, many religious denominations have issued statements supporting evolution. Science and religion need not conflict.” [J. Pojeta D. A. and Springer, “Evolution and the Fossil Record” (Alexandria, Virginia: American Geological Institute, 2001), p. v.]
That’s double-talk, of course. It doesn’t work both ways: the only way that the Bible doesn’t conflict with evolution is if religious leaders surrender and compromise the Word of God. You can’t say that God created in six days out of nothing, and then turn around and say that God also created in billions of years, using evolution’s death and suffering before sin.
Church leaders, instead, need to return to the sufficiency of Scripture without incorporating humanity’s fallible ideas about the past.

Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. (Genesis 2:1–3)

BIBLE VERSE OF THE WEEK
In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe. The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. So he became as much superior to the angels as the name he has inherited is superior to theirs.

Elementary School Kids Learn 'Being Gay is a Good Thing'
Here’s how anti-bullying messages in school use the natural compassion of
children and twist it to endorse homosexuality.
Just got this as part of the e-mail news from Safe Schools Coalition of
Washington, a radical pro-homosexual and pro-transvestite group:
“STORY: Elementary teacher shares a recent conversation about gay people with
4th and 5th graders
Names have been changed, but this is what happened:
The other day in class we had a problem-solving meeting between 4th grade and
5th grade. 40 kids and us teachers sat on the floor in a circle. Every kid had
the chance to mention a problem going on at recess and then had the chance to
suggest a solution. One small boy said, “Some kids are calling other kids ‘gay’
as a putdown and I think that’s wrong.” Wow! After the entire process was done
and one of my colleagues was wrapping it up said told the kids who were
listening to her every word, “What Jimmy said about gay putdowns is wrong. It’s
wrong to laugh at someone about something that is not bad, but is good. Being
gay is a good thing. If someone really is gay there’s nothing wrong with it at
all. It hurts me personally to hear and see kids being called ‘gay’ if maybe
they are, as if it were bad and it’s not.” Wow. I never thought I’d see this
day in school. It was so powerful. Afterwards I complimented Jimmy and emailed
his parents to tell them what he had cour! ageously said. I told them how proud I am of their son and they expressed the same thoughts. There truly is change coming with these next generations. Jimmy is 9 years old.”
-------------------------------------
Yes, there is indeed change coming. It’s called barbarism.

Unavoidable...
A Rogue Asteroid—Totally Unavoidable
The majority of citizens know it’ll happen, but not when. And it won’t be by man’s hands. With missile defense, multiple nuclear strikes by any nation look unfeasible. But few realize what one asteroid can do. Many say chances are minute, but how does one define minute?
History, actual chances, and sheer numbers of asteroids should convince anyone that if the world will end, this is likely how it’s going to happen. If one looks at the known objects orbiting the sun, just within the orbit of Mars [cfa-www.harvard.edu/iau/lists/InnerPlot.html], they will see a virtual “cloud” of objects(asteroids).
To date there is 907 Potentially Hazardous Asteroids(PHAs) that exist in that cloud[SpaceWeather.com]. PHAs are space rocks larger than 100 meters that can, or will, cross the path of earth’s orbit around the sun. But that number will be skewed upward by a close pass to earth that may affect any asteroid’s trajectory by gravitational pull. Approximately six additional PHAs are discovered each month.
Every known Near Earth Asteroid(NEA) has been tracked for years to come. Programs such as NEAT, SpaceWatch, LONEOS, NEOP, and LINEAR are watching for any rogue asteroids. NASA has taken up the search for NEAs, and knows that less than 10% of the estimated 2,000 asteroids(larger than ½ mile diameter) have been detected.
Author Michael H. Brown reveals that any asteroid greater than ½ mile in width upon impact would kick up enough dust to possibly blot out sunshine for months. An estimated 1 out of every 6 would die from crop shortages and malnutrition. An object a mere 200 yards in diameter (~17,000 mph) could cause destruction equivalent to 650 Hiroshimas.
We’ve been targeted by asteroids before. An impact site, off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico, occurred 65 million years go. It eliminated the dinosaurs, and 75% of all species. In 1490 in China’s Shanxi Province (NASA), 10,000 people were said to have been killed by a hail of falling stones(breakup of large asteroid). How about Arizona’s Meteor Crater(Flagstaff)? In 1908 an asteroid less than 100 yards in diameter sent a shock wave that struck Tunguska(Siberia), felling an estimated 80 million trees for 830 square miles.
The late Eugene Shoemaker(US Geological Survey) estimated that the rate of earth impacts and events the size of the Hiroshima blast occurs about once a year. These events generally go unnoticed because most of the earth is covered by water and a good portion of the land surface is uninhabited. The explosions generally occur at a relatively high altitude with a huge flash and thunderclap, but no real damage. Early warning satellites have picked up 136 major explosions(1975-1992) in the upper atmosphere. The 1994 impact of Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 with Jupiter was a major ‘wake-up’ call.
On 5/19/96 a 400 meter asteroid(1997JA1) passed within 720,000 miles of earth--detected only a few days before. On 3/18/04 a 30 meter asteroid (2004FH) passed within 64,000 miles of earth(~6 earth diameters). This was known only a few days after it had been detected. On 3/31/04 a 6 meter asteroid (2004FU162) made the closest pass ever observed. Without warning, the asteroid sped within 10,000 miles(one earth radius).
On 7/09/02 a 1.2 mile wide asteroid was detected by NASA. Designated as 2002NT7(Astronomy), a small chance of a collision with earth on 2/1/19 was indicated. NASA later released a statement that with 2002NT7 earth impact possibilities would not occur, but they could not rule out an impact when it returned on 2/1/60.
On 3/12/98, CNN reported that mile-wide asteroid(1997XF11) may be on a course for collision in 2028. This asteroid was discovered by Jim Scotti(SpaceWatch). Further observations revealed that 1997XF11 should miss the earth by just under 30,000 miles on 10/26/28. However, the margin of error is 180,000 miles. An asteroid the size of 1997XF11 would equal almost 2 million Hiroshima bombs. By water, it would create a tidal wave hundreds of feet high, or by land blast a crater 20 miles across.
But in 2004, a newly discovered 320 meter Apophis was given the highest impact probability(4/13/29) ever---1 in 17 by Steve Chesley(Jet Propulsion Laboratory). Later observations(11/23/07) showed that the asteroid will miss the earth by ~21,000 miles(within orbits of communications satellites).
Interestingly, NASA admits that its orbit will be altered unpredictably (earth’s gravitational pull) in a way that does not rule out a collision on 3/36, or later in the century. One has to wonder how earth will alter other PHAs, what PHAs are circling the sun with a preset date of impact, or how many PHAs are undetected as of yet.
[“2001 Space Odyssey”]Arthur C. Clarke’s The Hammer of God may put things more into perspective. Of course, nothing is known for sure. But that’s the real scary part.
