Sens. Schumer and Smith Play Hide and Sneak

What do domestic partner benefits have to do with the new minimum wage proposal? Ask Sens. Gordon Smith (R-OR) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY). They’re part of a stealth operation that’s trying to sneak an amendment under the noses of pro-family groups that would allow “domestic partners” to deduct healthcare costs on their taxes. By disguising it in the minimum wage bill, Smith and Schumer are hoping Americans won’t notice. Help us disappoint them! Call your Senators and urge them to oppose Senate Amendment 132 to H.R. 2. In other marriage news, the Wyoming legislature is considering a bill that would refuse to recognize the same-sex unions performed other states. Across the Pacific Ocean, the state of Hawaii has other ideas. Now in control of both the state House and Senate, liberals have proposed a bill that would legalize civil unions. This effort comes despite the fact that the state already grants marriage-like “reciprocal benefits” to any two adults who want them, thus proving once again that the goal is not legal benefits, but forced approval by society of homosexual behavior itself.

FRC Calls for Action in Graffiti Case

FRC has done some digging and uncovered more shocking details about the anti-war march in Washington this past weekend. For such a small crowd, the demonstrators were an interesting bunch of people - everything from actors and anarchists to the members of Congress who marched alongside them, including: Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) and Reps. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), Maxine Waters (D-CA), Jerry Nadler (D-NY), and House Judiciary Chairman John Conyers (D-MI). Also addressing the crowd from his prison cell was convicted cop-killer Mumia Abu Jamal. After talking to members of the Capitol Hill police, FRC discovered that one reason the officers held back from confronting one batch of protestors was because the anarchists threatened the officers with bottles of human urine. Additional damage done to both city and personal property includes a news truck pelted with rocks and spray-painted street signs. Although the demonstrators claimed they supported the troops but not the war, The New York Times reported that some of the protestors actually spat at war veterans as they marched by. Peaceful civil disobedience has an honorable history in the United States, yet many of those who protested last weekend were neither civil nor peaceful. Speaker Pelosi must respond to these actions, even though her party had connections to this shameful march. Why Roe vs. Wade is Losing Ground

Did you notice the decrease in news coverage of this year’s March for Life in Washington DC last week?

I tuned in to local and cable channels every day looking for news on the March for Life events I knew were being held in the nation’s capitol for the 34th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade. But I could find little coverage, The same thing was true for print news.

Why? Because of the mainstream media’s liberal bias, many would say. And I would agree with that.

But more specifically, could it be because, as William Saletan of the Washington Post writes, “For the first time in 14 years, legal abortion in the United States is in serious jeopardy.”?

Has the mainstream media adopted a new don’t show, don’t tell too much pro-life news policy…because it could persuade more people to take a second look at the pro-life argument. Images of huge crowds demonstrating for civil rights is powerful, especially when there are large numbers of young people, in this case…marching for life.

A few years ago, one of my husband’s business friends who was very active in the community tried to do something about the continual liberal-leaning bias in our county’s newspapers, and ended up starting his own newspaper. What an undertaking. What an expense. What an uphill battle it was competing with the big media boys. Today, because of the internet, no longer is owning a newspaper or a television station the only options available for someone who wants to do something to get the unbiased news out.

Anyone can set up a website or a blog for little or no cost, and hundreds, thousands, even millions may very likely read what you post. The MSM having realized the power of the internet has a presence on the web, but they do not dominate it. News coverage is no longer in their control.

Every issue you can think of, and every side of every issue, is covered on the internet including the pro-life / pro-choice issue. Blogs for Life and ProLife Blogs, are just a couple of examples of credible news coverage. And NPLR (NationalProLifeRadio.net), which began just over two months ago, has had well over half a million hits to their site already. While Planned Parenthood is probably the pro-choice staple, the Democrat Party often leads with this issue on their site, such as covering the new Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi’s remarks on the 34th anniversary of Roe vs. Wade:

“Today, we observe the 34th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision that affirmed a woman’s right to make her own reproductive health care decisions.

“Roe v. Wade is based on a woman’s fundamental right to privacy, a value that all Americans cherish. It established that decisions about whether to have a child do not and should not rest with the government. A woman – in consultation with her family, her physician, and her faith – is best qualified to make that decision.

“The 110th Congress signals an end to 12 years of destructive debate putting politics above science and restricting women’s rights afforded by the Constitution. In this new Congress, we will work together in a bipartisan way to reduce the number of abortions by preventing unintended pregnancies through comprehensive sexuality education and access to family planning in the U.S. and abroad.

“As I have throughout my time in Congress, I will continue to work to ensure a woman’s right to choose. We must preserve the right to privacy while promoting a comprehensive approach to reproductive health care, including planning for healthy families.”

However, while feminists such as Nancy Pelosi claim they are the ‘majority’, they are actually losing ground on one of their bedrock issues…a woman’s right to abortion, as a new Zogby Poll indicates. As posted on their site: “Polls are consistently showing that Americans are becoming more pro-life. A December poll conducted by Zogby International, a respected nonpartisan polling firm, confirms that, by a 53% to 36% margin, the public supports the statement, “Abortion destroys a human life and is manslaughter.” An amazing turn of events. Note, this is referring to abortion, period. Not partial-birth-abortion, et al.

Probably one of the most powerful reasons pro-choicers are losing ground is because of the emergence of organizations such as Feminists for Life, with their “Women Deserve Better” campaign, and the Silent No More movement, where women who have had abortions are admitting they regret having done so. Not to mention the new 3 and 4D ultra sound scans that show amazing pictures of what’s really inside the womb of a pregnant woman...a baby.

More and more women have grown tired of being told that in order to be liberated they have to be on the side of death. They realized it doesn’t work.

America and Jane Fonda...

Why America Will Never Win Again

The resurrection of Jane Fonda and her socialite worshippers seemingly came from nowhere. All of a sudden we’re trapped in the Vietnam era all over again - or at least that’s the way it seems to be going. It has been said that America could have won the Vietnam war if it had not been for the wrath of the socialist anti-war movement of that depressing and embarrassing era in our history. America was defeated in that war, not by the Communist Vietnamese, but by the equally anti-American and highly brainwashed youth of that time. It was on college campuses that normal, ordinary youth were turned into stark raving maniacs hell bent on the path to making America lose a war against socialism and communism while all at the same time turning America to liberalism.

Fast forward to 2007 and it starts all over again. Left wing extremist professors in major university across this country indoctrinate the youth that are vulnerable to such actions. Some youth have been raised in the deep South and been taught right from wrong according to the Good Book ever since they have been in the world. These are the few and far between that are strong enough to resist “the dark side”. The rest are literally brainwashed into worshipping at the altar of liberalism that the high rulers (some call them professors) sit enthroned at. They spew their false doctrines that America is the enemy. America is to blame for the world’s woes. America is wrong. It’s America’s fault. These high rulers of false education hate America so much that they are willing to stay here rather than move to other countries like France, Canada, California (yes, California is a country of it’s own) and the like. As a matter of fact those who vowed to move to Canada if President Bush won the election in 2004 is running so behind in their biased agenda that they have failed to move there at all.

I know that people are upset about how the war is going in Iraq. I support President Bush and fully support ridding the world of Saddam Hussein and his WMDs (that are now in Syria - where his wife is also). He was a constant threat to his own neighbors and to Israel. He paid families of suicide bombers that went into Israel and blew up innocent people starting the battle all over again. Iran is doing the same today as well, but Iran is more talk than action unlike Saddam. it was Saddam that killed hundreds of thousands and invaded another country - not Iran. Of course Iran did take American hostages at one time, but the youth of Iran want independence from the rulers of that country and therein lies our victory there. Perhaps we should send Jane Fonda and John Kerry to Iran to lead the youth into revolution against the country there like they did in America so many years ago.

Like Vietnam, Iraq is a dangerous and deadly place to fight. However, the northern part of Iraq made up of Kurds is relatively peaceful which is something that will never be dispersed on NBC, ABC, CNN, PBS, CBS, HNN, or even FOX for that matter. Instead Americans have to rely on Newsmax, Human Events, and several talk radio hosts to get any real news that is not liberally biased. Like Vietnam, Iraq is complicated but winnable if we take the right steps and take away the red tape and restrictions from our soldiers so they can do their jobs and kill the terrorists.

We may be at the point that we were when the Vietnam war ended. We may be at the point of leaving before the job is done and causing further damage down the road. America had the right to invade Iraq in the beginning. Let’s face it America was the only country to have the guts to call Saddam Hussein a liar and a fraud. The UN wouldn’t confront Saddam. Instead they were too busy washing their hands of the Food for Oil Scandal that as barely mentioned by the left wing media outlets. They didn’t want anything to do with Iraq because they were afraid of getting caught in a scandal and exposed, but should have known better. After all, news organizations are not the same as they were 50 years ago. They don’t report the news today, they report their agenda and that’s all.

I am reminded of the last few scenes in Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo:First Blood where Rambo said “It wasn’t my war. You called me. I didn’t call you. I wanted to win but somebody wouldn’t let us win. Then I come back to the world and see all the maggots at the airport spitting, protesting me, calling me baby killer and all that vile crap. Who are they to protest me unless they have been me and been there?” While Rambo was only a movie, this scene was the truth and is still the truth today. The protesters had no right to spit at those soldiers and violently protest they way they did. Those soldiers should have opened fire shut some of them up. The same goes for the soldiers in Iraq today. We should be proud of our troops and I do believe that unlike the Vietnam era most Americans are supportive of the troops in general.

America will never win another war because we have too many liberals with too much money to let America win anything ever again. It’s up to us my fellow conservative to send a striking blow to the Jane Fonda types in America today. Let’s protest them and let them know that their days are over. The party is over. 1960 and 1970 has passed. Now it’s time to get back to reality and ignore those who impose socialite policies on Americans that work hard to keep this country going. It’s up to the traditionalists in America to keep this country together or else we will become a replica of the Soviet Union. While Fonda and her worshippers have a right under the constitution to share their freedom of speech, they do not have the right to demoralize America with their anti-America agenda as they have in the past.

Everything from desegregation to women’s rights to Vietnam protests to Bush protest have been nothing but a fake and a front all these years. If only America could realize what is really happening behind the scenes. Desegregation and women’s right are fine and they should have been installed just as they were. African Americans and Women have as much right for anything as anyone else, but they fail to see the writing on the wall. All of the liberals who pushed for women’s rights cared nothing for the matter at all. It was all about selfish liberal agendas to rid America of traditional thinking Christian men and women while at the same time turning America into a socialist state. The same goes for the protest of Vietnam and now Iraq. These liberals do not care what happens to our soldiers. They don’t care if America wins. All they care about is that socialist, godless state that they have been working toward all these years. The protest for the Iraq war is a front. It’s a fake. They are not protesting the war, they are protesting America, Christianity, Christmas, Bush, and anything that gets in the way of their lust for power and domination.

I am so glad that Jane Fonda and her worshippers were not around during WWII. If they had been I suppose they would have been protesting our troops and the war then too. I suppose their agenda would have come about more quickly since Germany would have taken over the world while they liberal sipped tea and proclaimed tolerance.  Eventually they would have been killed by Germany and like then, they will be killed by radical Islamic militants in the future. Why, you ask? Radical Islam, as the ever so graceful Rosie O’Donnell put it one time, “is the same as radical Christianity”.  By this she was comparing the two religions as being intolerant of others. I will have to admit that the two religions do believe the same on many fronts including homosexuality as being sinful, God creating the world (not silly evolution), abortion being murder, the belief of Heaven and Hell and the reward/punishment that follows, and a host of other beliefs.

Radical Islamic leaders like Osama Bin laden view America as evil and an “open society” with too much tolerance. While I am not a Muslim, I will have to agree to a certain degree. Liberals fail to realize that it is they who are giving America a bad name both in the Middle East and in the Deep South where we good ole boys survive. Muslims hate America for our openness of sin. Little do they realize that much of that comes straight from Hollywood and from the far left. If they only knew how we Southern Baptists thought, we might get along better. Muslims have a right to reject America’s sinful social behavior just like Christians reject it as well. However, neither has the right to make a bomb and blow up those who are causing all the ruckus.

Generally speaking left wingers are to blame for the way Muslims view America and ultimately responsible for the whole war to start with. So, in short, they are really protesting themselves. It was the far left who brought about abortion that Muslims hate. It was the far left who said homosexuality is okay and normal which Muslims defy and hate. It is the far left who defy the existence of God by teaching the youth of the world that mankind is related to monkeys which is hated by Muslims. It is the far left that protests religion in general whenever it is public which gives rise to angry Muslims. It is the far left’s fault that America has taught women to wear little clothes, hate men,and love casual sex which enrages Muslims. It is the far left who brought about the idea that casual out of wedlock sex is okay and normal which further enrages the Muslim world. It is the far left in Hollywood that produces sleazy sex talk TV shows that is banned in some Islamic countries and once again enrages Muslims. It is the far left that promotes all of this stuff that both Muslims and Christians have believed to be sinful and wrong. So it is the far left who has given America the name it has in the Middle East, not us normal people called conservatives. Now the radical Islamic militants want to destroy us because we are trying to infiltrate our filthy open tolerant culture on the whole world. It has already infected Holland, Canada, most of urban South America, and on and on. Now as the libs try their distinct and failing tolerant social policies on the Middle East they get a backlash of violence. Of course liberalism is not the only reason Muslims hate America. The first gulf war did tick Osama off because we used Saudi Arabia as a point of camp which is considered to be Holy in Islam. The two combined is enough to drive anyone mad though. I have to live in this mess it is drives me crazy sometimes.

There is only one way for America to win the war in on terror and the battle for Iraq and that is to turn back to God like America once was so long ago. Is was God who delivered Germany’s evil empire of killers into the hands of the Allied Forces. Hitler was brutally slaughtering God’s chosen people - the Jews. God heard their cry and heard the cry of the God fearing nation called America who would later help rebuild the original homeland of the Jews called Israel-the place where Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob dwelled. There has not been a nation in existence that followed God that was defeated by an enemy in war. Never in the 6000 (creation, not evolution) year history of the world has a nation that wholeheartedly worshipped God been defeated and overtaken by another nation. That will never happen in America because the ACLU and the Jane Fonda types do not want it to happen. They do not want America turning back to God in repentance. They want open casual premarital sex, unfettered abortion on demand, homosexual perverts running wild in the streets, Christmas torn down from every corner of every city in the country, dangerous criminals let loose, pedophiles and child sex predators tuned loose, families defined as anything goes, God banned from public speech, the nation’s symbols defiled by removing the very God who allowed the country to exist in the first place, traditional judges blocked from serving on the courts, and hundreds of other crazed psychotic reasoning like the far left believes in. They make up this silly and totally absurd story about “separation of church and state” to further push their evil and sinful social change on those who wish to serve the living and unchanging God of all eternity. People like Rambo have more chance surviving Vietnam than Hollywood. At least Vietnam was quieter. Vietnam tortured people physically. Hollywood tortures people psychologically. The far left has done so much damage to America that it may never be the same again. The far left scream bloody murder when we are war and protest because of the causalities in war. They blame Bush for the deaths of over 3000 men and women, but fail to blame themselves for the deaths of over 50 million in unfettered abortion on demand not because abortion is right, but because it is convenient when one gets pregnant from having out of wedlock sex (see the point? - it seems as if we are running in circles sometimes doesn’t it?). The damage is done and only through repentance to God can we bring America back again. That America is dead, but resurrection is just around the corner if we want it to be. If only we had more John Wayne and Rambo and less Jane Fonda and ACLU then America be the nation that it once was.

The policy that President Bush has in Iraq may seem bleak and hopeless, but keep in mind that the terrorists are playing war games with our minds. It’s all political. I am pretty sure the terrorists have learned from Vietnam and know how weak the far left is in America and know how many liberals there really are in this country. Based on that, I figure that the terrorists know that if they wreak enough havoc in Iraq with Iranian operatives helping, that the left in America will weep and pout and descend into a mode called protestization where they scream for the removal of the troops from Iraq or wherever the battlefield is. The plan is working. All the terrorists have to do is keep on planting bombs and the left will step up their protests until we pull out of Iraq and then the country will be theirs for the taking. So liberals, I congratulate you for letting a bunch of terrorists outsmart you. I sure it required little effort.

The Jane Fonda’s of the world is just petty enough to fall for such a stunt while the Rambos of the world realize what is going on and carry on the mission regardless of the circumstances. I simply cannot understand why people cannot see this for themselves. It’s as clear as day! As long as this type of embarrassing activity goes on, America will fail from now on. Diplomacy is one thing, but common sense should rule that diplomacy. As long as the far left has all the money, power, and the mouth to drown out the world, America will loose the war on terror and perhaps may even be destroyed because of it. Because of the far left’s stance on tolerance and privacy rights, we sacrifice a winning move to later be nuked by a terrorist who smuggles a suitcase nuke from Russia to America through those open borders with Mexico that the far left love so much. However, as long as there is a Rambo in the world, that will never happen.

The fact of the matter is that we need more people like Rambo and less people like Jane Fonda representing America. Let’s face a fact of truth. Liberals like Jane Fonda and other Hollywood figures are not against Bush for his policy in Iraq. They were just as much against him before he even became president. They are just using the war as a front to push their agenda on those of us who can see through their deception and filthy agenda for a nation gone astray. The same goes for the news media outlets as well. If that were a socialist Democrat liberal in the White House, the war would barely be covered in the news at all because once again news reporters are being indoctrinated at the youth indoctrination camps across America called universities. They are taught from day one how and what to report. It’s a good thing we still have Bill O’Reilly or we might never get worthy news again.

As conservatives we have a duty to perform. It’s going to get ugly, nasty, and downright wicked before it’s over, but we have to defend our country against the plagues of liberal society before we lose this country. We cannot afford to lose another war just because some guru blames America for the problems that he/she created themselves. You have to decide whose side you are on. You cannot be neutral. You are either with America or against it. Which is it? Do you choose the path of Rambo or Jane Fonda? Do you choose good of evil? God or Satan? Do you choose to be in a republic or a socialist state? Do you want to win the war or do you want the terrorists to win? There is no middle ground. Either America will win the war or the terrorists with the aid of extreme left wingers and Jane Fonda’s mixed up followers will win. Which country do you want? For me I choose America - the way it was before the socialist revolution began. Let’s make an effort to turn America back to a time when morals were standard and sin was evil, people was normal, lawsuits were minimal, sinning in public was embarrassing, abortion was illegal, prayer was legal in public, God was legal to say as a word in public, and liberals were outnumbered 100,000,000 to one. We can make America right again if we lead a revolution to end this nonsense that we see so much of today. We will have to stick together and fight hard and never surrender, but we can defeat the terrorists and we can defeat the far left who defies traditional common sense values and a traditional America. As for me, I stand strong and I stand for what is right and I do not back down no matter the opposition’s power and stance in society. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and that is something that has never changed and will never change for eternity. What about you? Will you join the fight to take America back or will you sit back and let America be overrun by those who wish to destroy our culture? If we refuse to join this dogfight to the finish, then America will be destroyed. We need people taking to the street with flaming torches ready to take America back and we need this revolution now more than ever. The decision is yours to make now and no one can make it for you. As someone once said, “With God on our side, we cannot be defeated”.

Ford Helps Sponsor Explicit, Sickening Homosexual Scene ...

Rather than backing down from its support of homosexuality, Ford Motor Company has apparently taken a “rub it in your face” attitude.

On the January 16 episode of “Dirt,” which airs on the FX channel, Ford helped sponsor one of the most explicit, sickening homosexual scenes ever shown on television.

Ford has made it extremely clear that they have no intentions of ending their support of homosexuality. March for Life...

In Washington, Life Marches On

The cold and dreary weather in Washington is a fitting backdrop for the 34th Annual March for Life, an event that has even greater significance this year under the new liberal majority in Congress and a growing list of staunchly pro-abortion presidential hopefuls. Today, as we joined tens of thousands of families who flooded the nation’s capital to protest the Supreme Court’s ruling in Roe v. Wade, we reaffirmed with each step that every person, no matter how small or old, is endowed by the Creator with certain unalienable rights, the first of which is the right to life, regardless of what the Court may say. Since 1973, America has suffered under the legacy of justices who hijacked our Constitution and invented a woman’s so-called right to choose. Now, 45 million casualties later, we face assaults on the sanctity of human life from every front--in clinics, laboratories, classrooms, and the courts. While the war against the unborn sometimes seems insurmountable, today is another reminder that Americans have not forgotten the ugly legacy of Roe. Across the country, the pro-life movement is gaining ground. Five states have introduced bills to join my home state of Louisiana in banning abortion when Roe is overturned. Others are working to pass legislation that would require doctors to tell pregnant women seeking abortions that their unborn child will feel pain. Elsewhere, states are seeking: tighter regulations on abortion clinics, laws enforcing parental consent before a minor seeks an abortion, increased funds for abstinence-only education, and human cloning bans. Here at FRC, we continue to be on the cutting-edge of the life issue as we hosted a Blogs for Life conference today that was packed with attendees who will help us frame the online debate for life.

Sanctity of Human Life Sunday

January 21, 2007 is what the Southern Baptist Convention has declared Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. Every January this day is remembered as a memorial to those innocent babies who have been killed since the dreadful decision of Roe V. Wade. Our Sunday School lesson revolved around the worth of human life as opposed to abortion, doctor assisted suicide, the like. Even President George W. Bush has taken a stand and declared the same thing for today.

In the sinful world in which we live, society has forgotten that mankind was created by God, but that idea has been replaced with an unproven and overrated idea of evolution over millions of years. The whole idea of evolution gives rise to the worst in mankind because it replaces human worth created by God with a theory that we are worthless because we are here by accident and we are nothing more than a higher up standard than the rest of the animal kingdom.

Human past has shown the worst in man and just how far mankind will go to disrespect God’s ultimate creation of man. Adolph Hitler alone was responsible for the brutal execution of over 6 million Jews plus many thousands of non-Jews that he had killed. Saddam Hussein was responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent people. Militant Muslims like Osama Bin Laden lack respect for life by having his followers blow up buildings full of innocent people. All through human history, life has been disrespected because of religious factions, political affiliations, and many other reasons, but none compares to today’s onslaught of the industry called abortion.

In the United States nearly 50 million babies have been killed because of an irresponsible decision made in 1973 by a judge who gave little thought to the consequences of his decision in the future. Since that time more people have been killed than by Adolph Hitler, Saddam Hussein, and several wars put together. The rate of abortion on demand remains somewhat though some states have given thought of banning this demeaning measure altogether. South Dakota and Georgia are the only two states to seriously discuss this. My own home state of Mississippi has not issued a ban on abortion, but we do only have one clinic left in the state and I figure after it is gone, a ban could very well be put in place. For right now Mississippi Baptists have erected a Memorial to the Missing which is a 12 ft. x 16ft. x 7 ft. glass case that holds 50 million pennies. Each penny represents each child missing since Roe V. Wade. That memorial is in the downtown part of the capitol of Mississippi for the whole public to see and contribute to. You do not have to be a Mississippian to contribute. (See Resources below for more info.)

Not only does abortion count as being disrespectful to God’s creation, but it also breaks one of the Ten Commandment by taking the life of another innocent human. Abortion is not the only thing related to this memorial. We all remember Terri Schiavo and how her life was taken from her through bureaucrats and politicians who disrespects life itself.

Many on the left do not understand why Christians feel the way they do about abortion and this issue of the sanctity of human life in general. People on the left call the process of abortion on demand, “the right for a woman to choose”, but if the woman would only read her Bible she could clearly see that it is not her right to choose at all because our bodies do not belong to ourselves. In 1 Corinthians 6:19, the scripture backs this up by saying “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;”

Another verse comes to mind that I used in the chapter concerning abortion in my own book, Issues That Matter:America’s Moral Battleground. The verses are Jeremiah 1:4-5 and simply states: The word of the Lord came to me saying, “before I formed you in the womb I knew you, Before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations”. God was telling Jeremiah that He had a plan for Jeremiah’s life even before he was conceived. So, yes, abortion does snuff out God’s plan for that child.

There are other verses that talks about the worth of human life. I urge you to et involved and help save those innocent unborn victims today! Some argue that abortion is necessary in some cases to save the mother’s life. In that extremely rare case I might accept the trade, but abortion for the sake of a selfish reason should be totally unacceptable before modern civilized society and I know that it is certainly unacceptable before God.  Give life a chance. Save those who would be aborted and then once they are saved, we are not to just forget about them, but help them through life’s journey as well.  I am not calling for a socialist concept, but am merely asking Christians to not only take the stand against this crime called abortion, but to nurture and care for those who have been saved from death by abortion. When that child comes into the world, help that mother care for the child. A Christians Jesus did call on His followers to help the poor and those in need in other situations as well. If we do that, then God will do the rest.

Q: What does vegetarianism have to do with the fossil record?

A: In Genesis 1:29–30, the Bible says:

And God said, ‘See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food’; and it was so.

God’s Word tells us that Adam and Eve—and the animals—were vegetarian before sin. However, sin changed everything. In Genesis 9, right after the Flood, we read that God told Noah that man could eat meat from that time onward.

This is an important point. In the fossil record, there are numerous instances of fossils of animals with bones of other animals in their stomachs. These fossils showing carnivory could not have formed before Adam sinned. Yet, if you believe in millions of years of history, these fossils contradict the Bible’s account of history.

The Bible’s account is true—man’s ideas are fallible.

Embryonic Research, a Tough “Cell” for New Leadership

New research from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine may pose a substantial threat to Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) “100 Hours” agenda. According to reports, scientists there have discovered yet another alternative to embryonic stem cell research (ESC) that increases the promise of treatment without destroying human life. Stem cells found in the rich amniotic fluid that sustains a baby in the womb have the ability to grow into brain, muscle, and other tissues to fight and treat disease. Not only does the research lack the controversy of ESC, but it also hasn’t generated the tumors that have so often been the result of embryonic experimentation. The news should deliver a crippling blow to the agenda of House Democrats, who hope to pass legislation that directs more taxpayer dollars to ESC as one of the hallmarks of their leadership. Regrettably, politicians have used embryos as a political football, endorsing science that has done far more harm to life than good to patients. As viable and ethical alternatives to destructive embryonic stem cell research grow, so too should opposition on Capitol Hill to taxpayer-funded research that destroys human embryos. As we continue to meet with House members this week, our goal is to hold them accountable to fund only methods that don’t jeopardize human life. And, as science would have it, these ethical methods are the techniques producing results. Last week, the new House leadership talked a lot about ethics. If they truly care about setting ethical standards, then they should abandon their quest to subsidize unethical research and concentrate on research that cures without killing.

Several weeks ago, Germany announced its decision to stop all arms sales to Israel. Since then, other countries have followed suit. In response, Israel has canceled its annual multimillion dollar contract for its nationwide DAN buses which were manufactured in Germany, and is looking at other bus suppliers in the US, and Japan.

The Europeans and their Muslim allies should understand that boycotts work both ways. When we said NEVER AGAIN, we meant it. Europe is stuck in the mentality of 1933 and conditioned to thinking of Jews a s defenseless entities. The reality is very different. As long as Europe adheres to and supports its primitive Middle Ages death cult, European products must be off limits.

We continue to call for a complete boycott of travel and products from the following countries France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Holland, and China, due to their support, sponsorship, and/or participation in global Islamic terror. The voting record of the above countries at the UN openly endorses Muslim terror.

Remember, every time you buy a bottle of Evian, a Carlsberg product, a Spanish melon, a Godiva chocolate, a Dior lipstick, a Gucci bag, or a German kitchen appliance, you are financing the next Muslim mass murderer.

The European Union gives over $10 million per month to the Palestinian Authority, knowing full well that the money is funneled to buy, import, and train Muslim terrorists and their weapons of mass murder.

We strongly encourage everyone to buy American and Israeli products instead. Buy Estee Lauder or Ahava instead of Chanel, Dior, and YSL. Tell the salespeople why. Educate the public when you shop.

Europe is underwriting the Arab war to exterminate the Jewish state. We cannot sit idly by while this happens. Make your voice heard and let them feel the sting in their pocketbooks. Let the Europeans know that supporting terror does not pay.
