A Great Story

I recieved the following through an email and would like to share it. The author is unknown.

My Attorney

After living what I felt was a “decent” life, my time on earth
came to the end.

The first thing I remember is sitting on a bench in the waiting
room of what I thought to be a court house.

The doors opened and I was instructed to come in and have a seat
by the defense table.

As I looked around I saw the “prosecutor.”
He was a villainous looking gent who snarled as he stared at me.
He definitely was the most evil person I have ever seen.

I sat down and looked to my left and there sat My Attorney,
a kind and gentle looking man whose appearance seemed so familiar to
me, I felt I knew Him.

The corner door flew open and there appeared the Judge in full
flowing robes.

He commanded an awesome presence as He moved across the room I
couldn’t take my eyes off of Him.

As He took His seat behind the bench, He said, “Let us begin.”

The prosecutor rose and said,
“My name is Satan and I am here to show you why this man
belongs in hell.”

He proceeded to tell of lies that I told, things that I stole,
and In the past when I cheated others.

Satan told of other horrible

Perversions that were once in my life and the more he spoke, the
further down in my seat I sank.

I was so embarrassed that I couldn’t look at anyone, even my own
Attorney, as the Devil told of sins that even I had completely
forgotten about.

As upset as I was at Satan for telling all these things about
me, I was equally upset at My Attorney who sat there silently not
Offering any form of defense at all.

I know I had been guilty of those things, but I had done some
good in my life—couldn’t that at least equal out part of the harm
I’d done?

Satan finished with a fury and said, “This man belongs in hell,
he is guilty of all that I have charged and there is not a person
who can prove otherwise.”

When it was His turn, My Attorney first asked if He might
approach the bench.

The Judge allowed this over the strong objection of Satan,
and beckoned Him to come forward.

As He got up and started walking, I was able to see Him in
His full splendor and majesty.

I realized why He seemed so familiar; this was Jesus
representing me, my Lord and my Savior.

He stopped at the bench and softly said to the Judge, “Hi,
Dad,” and then He turned to address the court.

“Satan was correct in saying that this man had sinned,
I won’t deny any of these allegations.

And, yes, the wage of sin is death, and this man deserves to be
punished.”

Jesus took a deep breath and turned to His Father with
outstretched arms and proclaimed,

“However, I died on the cross so that this
person might have eternal life and he has accepted Me as his

Savior, so he is Mine.”

My Lord continued with, “His name is written in the book of life
and no one can snatch him from Me.

Satan still does not understand yet.
This man is not to be given justice, but rather mercy.”

As Jesus sat down,
He quietly paused, looked at His Father and said,
“There is nothing else that needs to be done.

I’ve done it all.”

The Judge lifted His mighty hand and slammed the gavel down.
The following words bellowed from His lips..

“This man is free.”

The penalty for him has already been paid in full.

Case dismissed.”

As my Lord led me away, I could hear Satan ranting and raving,
“I won’t give up, I will win the next one.” I asked Jesus as He gave
me my instructions where to go next, “Have you ever lost a case?”

Christ lovingly smiled and said,

“Everyone that has come to Me and asked Me to represent them
has received the same verdict as you,

~Paid In Full~

Something to think about.

We constantly hear the phrase “separation of church and state” when liberals blast religious conservatives for praying in public or even mentioning God in public. However, I want to give you something to think about: How many liberals did you see crying “separation of church and state” when churches was feeding and housing ( and still are ) victimes of Hurricane Katrina. Why did not someone say something then? After all, isn’t aid for natural disaster victims the responsiblity of the state? Think about this: The liberals must have been somewhat grateful. The churches could have just said, NO we will NOT cloth and house anyone becuase that violates the “separation of church and state”. You and I both know that the church has responsibilities to help the needy and the poor. I urge you to continue to pray in public and help those in need. It is odd to me that the liberals never say anything about public prayer during a crisis ! Instead of saying NO, the church done the right thing acccording to the teachings of the Bible by providing needs to those who have fell victim to a disaster. We must continue to support the local church and its leaders.

Let's Debate !

The Big Difference

Recently I had a rather heated debate about our President and the job he is doing and about other topics in politics. The one thing that really gets me is how the left always spin things to their point of view. I know some that would argue the fact that the sky is blue and the grass is green.  So let’s continue the debate here.

Every day we hear some mainstream, mostly liberal, news media say that President Bush’s approval ratings are dropping.  Is this true or is this just some concoction by the mainstream to actually do damage to the President?  Ask anyone who voted for Bush, “Do you still support Bush?”, and most would reply “Yes”.  Some may not but for the most part the conservatives who voted for Bush mostly on moral values reasons still very much support the President, the war in Iraq, and other policies. I see the whole poll system as a sham or an outright failure since the polls are mostly based using liberal news networks that did not support the President to start with.  The polls are false if you look at it from a conservative standpoint. Only when a NATIONWIDE poll using all voters’ input will you see true results.

Not only do the left wingers skew polls, but they have actually profited and exploited Hurricane Katrina for political and financial gain.  The extreme left used every excuse in the book to label President Bush as a racist when aid was slow getting into New Orleans and the mainstream news reporters grew angry when Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour refused to blame this catastrophe on Bush.  The reason aid was slow, for one thing, was that the Louisiana governor did not let in Red Cross workers when they were needed most and at the same time FEMA is, I admit, partly responsible because they actually demanded that firemen from other states be educated with “diversity training”.  I suppose the grand ACLU is responsible for that maneuver. So now we can blame the ACLU for the slow response as well.

Another thing that I hear arguments on is the Supreme Court nominees. Before the 2004 Election, President Bush vowed to appoint true conservatives to the bench and now liberals are bitter because he is keeping his promises to the people who voted him in office.  He has the right to appoint conservatives to whatever position he wants. We all knew this before the election and now the democrats are having mini strokes every time President Bush appoints someone conservative. I hope he keeps on appointing them.

There are other difference between liberal democrats and true conservative Republicans. I am not saying that all democrats are one way and all Republicans are another way because that is simply not true. Both parties have great leaders and both parties have not so great leaders, but for the majority record lets look at what they stand for :

1) Liberals believe that no human on the planet has a right to bear arms under any circumstance and continue to work with the UN and EU to insure that gun banning becomes a reality.

Conservatives believe that citizens of the United States have the sole right to bear arms if they are responsible, law abiding citizens. These leaders actually read the Second Amendment while the liberals erased it. The United States of America Is an established sovereign nation and we do not need the input from the United Nations telling us how to run our country. That was settled on July 4, 1776. Let’s keep it that way!

2) Liberals believe in the right of abortion on demand which is simply put - abortion for anyone at anytime under any circumstance with no questions asked.

Conservatives believe that abortion is murder and is a sin. Period!

3) Liberals believe in “diversity” enough to adopt a gay rights platform that would make the most evil of demons blush.  They can have all of the diversity they want in Hell because there will be plenty of it there.  They disregard the Bible and its teachings on homosexuality and replace it with a milder tone, not “hate speech” as they call the Bible.

Conservatives believe that the Bible is correct when it states that homosexuality and sex outside marriage is wrong. MTV has brainwashed the youth of America into an adulterous ring of confused genders and roles. Today’s youth have no idea who they are because of this brainwashing scheme by today’s Left Coast (Hollywood).

4) Liberal democrats believe in raising taxes to pay for outdated social programs that are very ineffective. These programs need to be fixed. I do understand the need of the disabled who cannot work due to disability and am sympathetic to those in need, but I refuse to support those who are simply too lazy to work for their pay. Let’s face it. A splinter in your finger does not count for disability!

Conservative Republicans believe in lower taxes so that working people will have more money in their pockets. They believe in education and are willing to fund education so that people who cannot afford college can get an education that will train them to get a good job an not depend on government social programs to earn a living. 

5) Liberals believe that the bigger the government is, the better it is. What a myth! That just creates a bigger mess! Big government prohibits people from making personal decisions. Instead the government under the liberal rule makes the decisions since they know best - or at least think they do.

Conservatives believe in smaller government represented by “We the People” and that the people make the decisions. Not the government. We conservatives do not wait on the government for advise and help. We are the advice and help! We make the choices and take the responsibilities of our actions - not spin situations to make counterparts look bad for power grabs!

6) Liberals believe that negotiating with terrorists is best for America. How can you negotiate with someone who wants to kill you by chopping off you head?

Conservatives want to eliminate terrorism by force to start with, but ultimately create free democracies to help create environments where extremist ideas are no longer accepted by the majority.  With free countries, comes an environment in which young Islamic people will have an opportunity for education and work and not have an opportunity to be brainwashed by radical Islamic extremists. That is what we are doing in Iraq and so far it is working. Free elections have come to Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Libya has given up its most dangerous weapons. Middle Eastern women now have more rights.  The conservative plan is working!

7) Liberals believe in a one world government in which a united world parliament will rule each other such as the UN and the EU. 

Conservatives believe that each country is sovereign and is capable of making its own laws except for when tyrants and communists rule. Dictatorship should never be an option!

These are just few of the differences that I could name. I think you see my picture and get my message.  It is imperative that conservatives work hard to ensure that all nations be free from the bondage of communism and Islamic terrorism. We must keep fighting until we win. Let’s let the opposing know that we will fight until the last terrorist is buried. We will never give up freedom and hope and regardless of what the radical left and their choosey judges say, we are still one nation UNDER GOD !

We Need to Take a Stand ... NOW!

Now more than ever, people need to hear the gospel and the TRUTH from the BIBLE about culture, morals and values, and life itself. In the last year alone I have witnessed countless attacks on Christianity right here in a supposedly free nation founded on Christian principles and moral values derived from the word of God by our founding fathers.

I have seen Christmas plays banned, carols outlawed, Christian protesters fined and imprisoned, prayer banned, the Ten Commandments removed from public, creation debunked and replaced with MAN’S idea of how the world began, the BIBLE disgraced and Christianity in general labeled as a religious extremist group of militant radicals closely sharing ideals with Islamic terrorists by our own news media. This is how liberal news reporters view the Southern Baptist Convention! They call Dr. James Dobson a militant right wing extremist. I have even seen “hate crime legislation” pass the Senate and House in some states that would convict and imprison a preacher speaking out against homosexuality in his own pulpit.  It will soon be against the law to preach the word of God.  I have seen these things happen and decided to speak out against it. If we as Christians don’t speak out now, it may be too late later to do so.

You will see a double standard in today’s news media and liberal organizations. In a city in Michigan an ordnance was passed allowing a MUSLIM call to prayer five times a day over a loudspeaker in the heart of downtown. Not a word was spoken by the ACLU. If that had been a Baptist church calling for prayer over a loudspeaker, the ACLU would have sent an army of lawyers there to stop it. The story broke a few months ago about the Koran being flushed down the toilet in a prison camp holding Al Queda terrorists. The whole world was upset. The news media was roaring at false story (How do you flush a book down a toilet anyway?). However, when the Bible is burned, spat on, torn, and disgraced by Muslims, not a word is said. Not one report! When Christians are beheaded, burned alive, skinned alive, dipped in acid, raped to death, beat to death, and placed in wood chippers feet first for confessing Jesus as Lord, not one report is made. These are the nicer things done to Christians in Iraq under the leadership of a brutal heartless tyrant who was not even a legal president to start with. I won’t mention the meaner ways of torture under his administration, yet our news media accuses our military of harsh prisoner treatment. Just whose side are they on anyway?

I hope you tell others about what my message stands for. My goal in writing these articles is to inspire Christians to stand up for what Is right in the sight of God and to spread the gospel across the nation and the globe. I do support international mission and realize the need, but much need is still right here in our own communities.

You and I both know about the great commission to spread the Word. We both know the consequences of a nation gone astray from God. We have a history book that we can look at and determine our own future as a nation. This history book is called the Bible and in is the instructions for life by the Creator who gave life if we just take the time to read and study it. We know what a nation filled with immorality can do to a single generation. Our schools are filled with immoral teachings that include condom use, sex education, pro-abortion programs sponsored by Planned Parenthood and backed by the ACLU. They take down the cross, take away the prayers, throw away the Ten Commandments, and criticize believers in Jesus while promoting immorality to children not even old enough to understand what it means. We have 10 year old children being taught about condoms and shown sex education and pro-homosexual videos in our public schools, but cannot say “Jesus” in the classroom and they all wonder why home schooling is so popular. You see where we are headed? DISASTER, that’s where!

What a troubled world we live in !

Troubled Times

I have recently been looking at things happening in this world today that would have given most of us a heart attack fifty years ago. Let’s face it this nation is going downhill fast. We have a truly divided nation that is at war with each other.

The war that I speak of is the culture war. It’s not just the United States. It’s the world. Christianity and old fashioned common sense is being bombarded with villainous acts from activist judges and liberal runaway politicians who side with such organizations as the infamous ACLU and Planned Parenthood.

Just this week alone I have read stories about the special interest groups ( liberal of course) wanting to globalize abortion through policies of the UN. I also read a story about the UN wanting to pass legislation to ban parents from spanking their children. That is ridiculous. The UN does not need reform. It needs to be broken down and replaced altogether. The United States needs to pull out of the UN and the UN needs to leave from the United States. The same goes for the European Union. Our founding fathers left Europe to get away from rule, and now some of the liberals want us to go back? Absurd!

I have read about Syria….oops! I mean Canada being very hardheaded and very determined to be as liberal as they possibly can be when it comes to dealing with Christian issues. So far, they have legalized gay marriage ( if you call it a marriage at all), imprisoned a pastor for preacher the Word of God about homosexuality from his own pulpit, labeled Biblical scriptures condemning homosexuality as “hate speech”, condemning conscience laws, and Canada is now known for harvesting organs of terminally ill patience for sale as spare body parts. What a sick nation to live in! I wish our government would stop all business affairs with Canada and all trade whatsoever.

There is more though. I found out this week that the Chinese have actually been profiting from aborted fetuses. Chinese manufacturers are now using aborted fetus tissues and tissues from executed convicts to produce beauty products. Where does the United States buy beauty products from? Mostly China I would suppose. That’s where most everything is made nowadays!

You think that was bad? That’s nothing. I just found out that premature live babies were taken out of a maternity ward in Ukraine to be sold for body parts. This is the sickest and most twisted kind of evil imaginable. This is a close as humankind can get to Satan without actually going to Hell! Why do we keep helping these countries? They just stab us in the back anyway when they’re done getting our money!

Where is this world headed? It looks like we are headed for disaster if someone does not stand up for what is right and absolutely demand that these atrocities be stopped. We must continue to pray to God that He will intervene before we destroy ourselves. One day this will all end when Jesus descends from the Mount of Olives and declares his throne and His deity as King of Kings and Lord of Lords, but for some it will be too late.

Canada : The Godless Nation

What is wrong with the untr-liberal politicians of Canada? Why can;t the people round up enough voters to rid the government of these anti-Christ pests? Simply vote them out of power and replace them with someone more powerful that will reverse all damages done.

I hear something new coming from Canada every day and pray to God that my own country of the United States will refrain from such insanity and immoral governmental takeovers. Canada was highjacked by immoral leaders who seek to destroy Christianity by taking several steps towards banning the whole religion. First guns were taken away. Now we can see why. The citizens cannot defend themselves from tyrants who rule supreme. Then the Bible was labeled as hate speech becuase it told the TRUTH! Now gays can marry! What a sick joke! Preachers have lost their right to free speech as well. Let’s face it. Canada has become as bad as Iran and Syria when it comes to Christian persecution, so let’s treat them that way. I urge all business owners and all citizens of the US to boycott anything from Canada from this day forward. Let us turn away as allies and let them be on their own. They want immorality. Fine. They can have it, just don’t pass it on to us!

Another ACTIVIST Judge interrupts the culture of life !

Why We need Better Judges !

A Good Reason

I thought that the old issues of the “under God” phrase of the Pledge of Allegiance was settled when the Congress and Senate stepped outside and recited the Pledge in opposition to an activist judge striking down the phrase more than a year ago.

I guess I was wrong. I guess activist judges never give up huh? There was another ruling today by an activist judge who says that the phrase “under God” is unconstitutional to be recited by school children. I remember when I was in school and we recited the Pledge every day as well as said grace before we went to lunch.

The people who want this simple, yet true phrase removed simply do not understand that the majority of the people in this nation believe in a higher authority.  If you really want to get technical about it, the phrase does not promote religion like the far left pundits say. It just says “God”. If it said “ Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad” or any other religious figure by specific name it would be promoting a specific religion, but God, I suppose in this term, can mean any God or any religion, that is.  Also, it is presumed that it does refer to Christianity since our American roots are based from Christianity, but nevertheless, I cannot see taking this phrase and throwing it out for a handful of liberals who don’t believe in God or His will and purpose for their life.

You see now why we need solid, conservative judges. I hope that the Senate conservatives and the president himself take this as a prime example and a good reason why we need better judges on the Supreme Court. WE need judges that will not tell God to leave here and will not side with those whose goals are to turn America into a self-righteous, immoral state of confusion like Europe and Canada.  We need good judges that will not strike down common sense and moral decency but promote respectful decisions and honor law and order while leaving the liberal ideology far behind.

This breaking story should be a reminder to all of us fighting in this brutal culture war that is only growing worse that we need more honest and decent judges who will act on the laws based upon our founding fathers’ ideas of freedom and not Hollywood’s ideas of freedom.  Perhaps that this news will be a wake up call as to what the Supreme Court fight is all about. It’s not just about a judge. It’s about a justice who represents the law and this decision will affect us for years to come. Let’s make it a good one!

What is going on?

The culture war is growing increasingly bitter by the day. The ACLU keeps on sueing and the courts keep on ousting God from the public. Abortion rights activists are going crazy over a judicial nominee and now once again a handful of atheists find a sympathetic ear of an activist judge to strike down the Pledge of Allegience becuase it has reference to God. Remembrance

Today, September 11, is the fourth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on our nation. Little did we know that on that beautiful sunny morning that the day would be clouded by confusion, sorrow, and anger. I remember what I was doing when I first heard the news that a plane had crashed into the first tower. I thought that it was bad and wondered what could have gone wrong in that plane that could make it crash into such a large structure. Then I heard about another plane crashing into the other tower and knew then that this was no accident.

I knew that someone had purposefully done this. After I saw those towers fall, I felt like many of you did. I felt pain and sorrow for those victims and their families and at the same time felt anger at those responsible. I know that as a Christian we are supposed to forgive our enemies and not hold grudges, but that was very hard to do at this time. It is hard to forgive an enemy that hates freedom and Christianity to the point that they are willing to kill themselves in order to complete their goals of exterminating Christianity and freedom.

It has been said by many that the Islamic terrorists hate us because we are rich and free, but that theory fails to stand up to reason. They simply hate us because of our stance on Israel both in the past and now. Israel is our ally and the Muslims claim that the state of Israel does not even have the right to exist, but we must remember that Israel is God’s chosen people and we must be careful how we treat them. This is the main reason they hate us. The other reasons include our main faith in America being Christian and our stance on foreign policy that seems to bring modernism to the middle east in which these most extremist of the terrorists disagree with. They don’t like democracy because it fails to represent their way of thinking which is oppression of women, total obedience to the Koran without a choice of other religions, and a free nation.

It is still very important that we capture Bin Laden as well as others who want to destroy us with a nuclear, biological, or chemical weapon. People say that this group is weak and incapable of launching a major attack on the United States again. That’s what we said before 9/11 too. We underestimated their capability and we are continuing to do so.

In the future we must be wary of these groups and not underestimate their will to kill. They are very intelligent and are very aware of modern technology and will use it against us by any means that glorifies their goals. We must remain steadfast and vigilant and not give up on the war on terror. We must take the war to them and not let them bring the war to us. We must eliminate terrorism wherever it prevails so that humankind will have the freedom that we hold so dear. We must not give up and we must continue to pray for our troops in harm’s way as well as support those leaders that fight so hard to keep us free.

Or you believe that affirmative action programs are morally defensible.

Or you believe that illegal aliens have the same Constitutional rights as American citizens.

Or you believe that big oil companies make more money from the sale of gasoline than the federal and state governments do.

Or you believe that most American soldiers joined the military because they were either tricked into it, or they couldn’t make a living in the civilian world.

Or you believe that taxpayer money should be used to fund “the arts”.

Or you believe that the guarantor of your rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is the federal government.

Or you believe that unborn human beings are not really human beings simply because they require the impermanent sanctuary of their mothers’ wombs, and therefore, abortion is not murder.

Or you believe that George W. Bush is more dangerous to the American way of life than Al-Qaeda.

Or you believe that Rush Limbaugh is an extremist, but that Al Franken isn’t.

Or you believe that drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) in Alaska will destroy the environment.

Or you believe that raising taxes on the “rich” will lead to economic prosperity for everyone else.

Or you believe that the invasion of Iraq by U. S.-led coalition forces violated “international law”.

Or you believe that things like the education system, the healthcare system, and the social security system are best controlled by federal agencies, as opposed to private citizens.

Or you believe that spanking an unruly child equates to abuse.

Or you believe that Hillary Clinton was genuinely shocked when Bill finally admitted to the American people that he’d had an “inappropriate” relationship with Monica Lewinsky.

And if, by chance, you believe all of the above propositions to be true, then you have DEFINITELY been brainwashed by leftists extremists, and my heart goes out to your family and friends as they mourn the loss of your sanity.

The New School Prayer

No Room for Prayer in the Schoolhouse

It was November 29 of 2004 when a Georgia principal was told to apologize for reading a prayer poem mocking today’s sinful lifestyles and tolerance thereof.  The story first appeared on The Center for Reclaiming America website ( www.reclaimamerica.org ) and went on to be on other sources via the internet.

I printed this article, as I do some, to keep for future reference just in case I need it. The Center for Reclaiming America was asking for people to stand up for this principal not primarily for the prayer but for his right to free speech to say it in the first place.  It reads:

“The New School Prayer”

Now I sit me down in school
Where praying is against the rule.

For this great nation under God
Finds mention of Him very odd.

If scripture now the class recites,
It violates the Bill of Rights.

And anytime my head I bow
Becomes a federal matter now.

Our hair can be purple, orange, or green
That’s no offense; it’s a freedom scene.

The law is specific, the law is precise.
Prayers spoken aloud are a serious vice.

For praying in a public hall
Might offend someone with no faith at all.

In silence alone we must meditate,
God’s name is prohibited by the state.

We’re allowed to cuss and dress like freaks,
And pierce our noses, tongues, and cheeks.

They’ve outlawed guns, but FIRST the Bible.
To quote the Good Book makes me liable.

We can elect a pregnant Senior Queen,
And the “unwed daddy”, our Senior King.

It’s “inappropriate” to teach right from wrong,
We’re taught that such “judgments” do not belong.

We can get our condoms and birth controls,
Study witchcraft, vampires, and totem poles.

But the Ten Commandments are not allowed,
Not a word of God must reach this crowd.

It’s scary here I must confess,
When chaos reigns the school’s a mess.

So, Lord, this silent plea I make:
Should I be shot, my soul please take!

While this is perhaps a different poem concerning prayer, it does tell the truth of what our culture has become. Our nation has become one that does not believe in absolute moral truth and absolute right and wrong and the consequences thereof. This poem was right on all aspects to me.

The principal read this aloud over the loudspeaker of the school and was told to apologize for this comment, but some Christians and groups stood firmly with this principal for taking a stand for his beliefs and for moral truth.  I wish that all of us could take that stand regardless of the consequences. 

I do not know the outcome of this story since I have not followed it through, but feel that the principal was in the right to his expression of free speech. Like I said before, the outcome does not matter as much as the act. We must all do our part in taking a stand for what is right before we are a nation truly gone mad.

Beware of the FLU VACCINES -AGAIN!

Remember last year when there was a so called SHORTAGE of flu shots? The media never really told you why there was a shortage did they? It turns out that the vaccines that were to be used were tainted because they were derived from aborted fetal cell lines.
